We Don't Discriminate- We Dominate!

Well we are headed to the 'Boro next weekend. We are 5-0 and ready to go! It was so cute to see the girls shake their butts at each other. We cheered in some rain but the girls loved it. Our run through sign said it all- Can't Touch the Cowboys! The boys are hitting hard and making some goals. When we were up 38-0 the announcer said " We are inacting the 33 point spread rule....Cowboys can not call time outs to stop the clock." We we are S-U-P-E-R super super is what we are!

Koren's Party

We went to Koren's 30th Birthday party at the Trace. The food was great and we felt hip! Its nice going out to establishment that are not kid friendly...without the kids. The kids had fun with Hannah and we got to relax and have fun!

Lindsey Update

She is soooo Excited about her birthday. She wants to have a Halloween Birthday Party with a hay ride, inflatable, face painting and all the scary stuff she can find. I just think its scary to have so many kids at my house! We are working on our routine for the cheerleading competition. It really l;ooks cute. For those who want to come up- It is October 21st! She is learning about the human body and this weeks spelling words included vein, artery, respiratory........I can't belive they learn so much in 1st grade! A funny story- Whitt made the comment last night that all the food he ate for dinner made him poop. Lindsey looked at him and said "no actually you're still digesting! It takes 23 hours before you poop your dinner." She said that it has to go through your large intestine which is 5 ft long and then travel through your small intestine for another 20 feet...so it takes some time. Whitt looked at her and said " I still have to poop!"

Morning Glory Apple Orchard

Whitt and I went to the Apple Orchard with his preschool. He had so much fun. We had a picnic, tasted different kinds of apples, learned about the apple trees, and brought home an apple goodie bag! He wouldn't pick an apple off the tree because they were all rotten! Who wants to pick rotten apples. It seems like they had already picked the good apples to sell. Now for the apple goodie bag story- Whitt and I were going to leave straight from the orchard to go do some shopping. I asked his teacher for his goodie bag. She didnt want to give it to us becvause some of the kids might be upset they didn't get them at the same time. She asked if he could get his tommorrow at school. Knowing the tears in the car if we went without the goodie bag, I stopped asking and kindly demanded the bag. Then Riley's dad demanded his bag too. We had her! So- no tears on the way home! Nobody messes with my baby!

Soccer Sharks

Today was the first game for the Sharks. With Coach Jim at the helm, they had a blast chasing after the ball and even made a few goals. Zack yelled to Jim after practice "Coach Jim see you Wednesday!" They love Jim and most importantly it means so much to Whitt. He will remember his dad not on the sidelines but in the game. Priceless

Retreating to Whitt and Lindsey's Club House

Whitt and Lindsey have made a new restful retreat on the back porch. Its amazing how much fun they can have with a box. They have a magazine rack, and flowers taped to the walls not to mention beautiful designer wallpaper made with markers:) Two Whitt stories for you. Last night at dinner, we were saying prayers and afterwards, whitt was talking about how he could feel his hearts beating. Jim told him he had one....and Whitt defended his statement.. "I have four hearts....One for you, one for mom, one for my sister and one for me." Well needless to say Jim couldn't contend with that statement....so Whitt has 4 hearts! I was watching tv later that night downstairs in my room. Lindsey had fallen asleep in her bed and Jim was asleep in the guest bedroom and Whitt was playing in his room. I was brushing my teeth and I saw Whitt out of the corner of my eye with his Power Ranger dagger creeping down the hall...almost scared like. I asked him what he was doing and his response was "I thought I was alone and you left me." He didnt realize Jim and Lindsey were upstairs. Well with dagger in his hand......he hopped in my bed and said "I'll protect you tonight." Who needs an alarm system?

Franklin Cowboy Cheerleaders Sept. 09, 2006

Well The Franklin Cowboy Cheerleaders ruled the stands while the Cowboys secured another victory. The girls are working hard on thier dance and cheer for competition which is October 21st. They are sooo excited. S-U-P-E-R, super, Super thats what we are!...The boys were fighting with each other about who gets in front to run through the sign. I think they get more excited about that then the game. At half time, A boy on the team came up to me and said "Girl, we've got this game!" I love it!!!

Lounging On The Lake Aug 2006

Pickwick was a blast. We had so much fun playing with our Nanna, cousins, and swimming in the pool. We loved the boat. Who would have known we would get to see Uncle Chris and dad be HE-MEN and kill a snake?! (that was in the 1st 20 mins) The swim to the waterfall was long but we made it. We can't wait to go back!
